How we work

From your call to the repair in four steps. At every stage you know what is happening and what comes next.

We speak Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Four steps

  1. Call or message us

Tell us what happened. If you can, give the make and model of the truck.

If you can't talk, for example because of noise or at a border, message us on WhatsApp.

  2. Send your location and a photo

A location pin, a photo of the fault and the fault codes from the dashboard help us prepare the trip.

A location pin is the most accurate. Without one, give the road number, direction of travel and the nearest exit or kilometre marker.

  3. Diagnosis and price before the repair

The mechanic checks the fault on site. We agree the price before work starts; it can change if we find more faults on site.

The mechanic reads the fault codes, checks the system and tells you what is damaged.

  4. A repair, or an honest “it needs the workshop”

If the fault cannot be fixed safely at the roadside, we say so straight away. The repair can then be finished in our workshop in Jasień.

We tell you straight after the diagnosis, so the driver and the dispatcher can plan what to do next.
