DPF and EGR cleaning
DPF message, loss of power or limp mode? Where your truck stands, we diagnose the system, run a regeneration and clean the EGR valve.

Symptoms
- A DPF warning light or message, regeneration doesn't finish
- The engine loses power or goes into limp mode
- Regeneration starts much more often than usual
- An EGR valve fault, rough idle
What we do on site
We read the fault codes and the filter's soot load and check the differential pressure and exhaust temperature sensors. We start a forced regeneration with the tester, clean and check the EGR valve, replace damaged sensors and look for the reason the filter clogs too fast.
Roadside repair limits
- A removed DPF is cleaned on the cleaning machine in our workshop in Jasień, not at the roadside.
- A cracked or melted filter core has to be replaced; the date depends on parts being available.

Questions and answers
Do you remove DPF, EGR or AdBlue?
No. We diagnose, clean and repair these systems, but we never remove or disable them.
Do you clean the DPF on site?
On site we start a forced regeneration with a diagnostic tester, check the sensors and look for what is clogging the filter. A removed filter is cleaned on the cleaning machine in our workshop in Jasień.
