Symptoms

What we do on site

We work on Thermo King and Carrier units. We read the alarms and check the unit's engine, power supply, fans and sensors. We repair their faults, and after the repair we check that the unit holds the temperature.

Roadside repair limits

We don't open the refrigerant circuit: we don't recover or recharge refrigerant, don't do leak checks and don't replace the compressor or other circuit parts. If the fault is in the circuit, we tell you right after the diagnosis.
Replacing the unit's controller on site depends on parts being available for that model.
If a repair will take longer than the load can last, we can't finish it in time: we tell you straight away, so you can arrange a transfer of the load.
