What is wrong with the truck?

Webasto and Eberspächer parking heaters
Symptoms
- The heater won't start or cuts out after a few minutes
- A fault code on the controller or a flashing light
- The heater blows cold air
- Smoke or a smell of exhaust at the heater or in the cab
Smell exhaust fumes in the cab? Switch the heater off at once, open the windows and get out of the cab. Don't sleep in it until the heater has been checked.

What we do on site
We read the controller faults and check the power supply, fuel supply, dosing pump, glow plug and fan. We clean the combustion chamber and replace damaged parts in Webasto and Eberspächer heaters.
Roadside repair limits
- Replacing the whole heater on site depends on a unit being available for that model.
- Repairs that need the heater stripped down on a bench (e.g. replacing the heat exchanger) are done in our workshop in Jasień, not in the truck park.

- The air conditioning blows warm air or cools poorly
- The air-conditioning compressor doesn't engage
- Noise, knocking or a bad smell from the vents
- The blower doesn't clear misted windows

What we do on site
We check the compressor engagement, the condenser fan, the sensors and the air-conditioning wiring. We repair electrical, sensor and fan faults.
Roadside repair limits
- We don't open the refrigerant circuit: we don't recover or recharge refrigerant and we don't do leak checks. If the fault is in the circuit, we tell you right after the diagnosis.
- For that reason we don't replace the compressor, condenser or evaporator.

- Whether you hear the compressor click when you switch the air conditioning on
Doors, window regulators and locks
Symptoms
- The window won't go up or has dropped by itself
- The door won't close or won't open
- The central locking doesn't respond to the remote or the button

What we do on site
We check the power supply, switches and wiring in the doors. We replace window regulators, motors, locks and linkages, and after the repair we check that the door closes and seals properly.
Roadside repair limits
- We don't replace glass: a cracked or broken window is replaced by a glazing specialist.
- Repairing hinges and door panels after bodywork damage is a workshop job.

Do you repair Webasto and Eberspächer parking heaters?
Yes. We diagnose and repair heaters of both makes: the control unit, power supply, fuel supply, dosing pump, glow plug and fan.
When the heater runs, I can smell exhaust fumes in the cab. What should I do?
Switch the parking heater off at once, open the windows and get out of the cab. Don't sleep in the cab with the heater on until it has been checked. Then call us.
Do you recharge truck air conditioning?
No. We don't recover or recharge refrigerant and we don't do leak checks on the circuit. On site we check the compressor engagement, the fan, the sensors and the wiring, and after the diagnosis we tell you what comes next.
