The reefer unit won't hold temperature, the trailer brakes won't release or the tail lift has stopped. We repair reefers and trailers where the truck and trailer stand, so the load can move on.
What is wrong with the truck?

- The temperature in the trailer is rising, the unit won't hold the set point
- An alarm code on the unit's panel

What we do on site
We work on Thermo King and Carrier units. We read the alarms and check the unit's engine, power supply, fans and sensors. We repair their faults, and after the repair we check that the unit holds the temperature.
Roadside repair limits
- We don't open the refrigerant circuit: we don't recover or recharge refrigerant, don't do leak checks and don't replace the compressor or other circuit parts. If the fault is in the circuit, we tell you right after the diagnosis.
- Replacing the unit's controller on site depends on parts being available for that model.
- If a repair will take longer than the load can last, we can't finish it in time: we tell you straight away, so you can arrange a transfer of the load.

Trailer repair: brakes, axles, electrics, kingpin
Symptoms
- Trailer brake warning light on, or the trailer brakes won't release
- The trailer lights don't work, or only some of them
- Knocking, a hot hub or play at a trailer wheel
- Play or knocking at the kingpin when moving off

What we do on site
We repair the trailer's air system and brakes: air lines, valves, brake chambers, pads and shoes. We check the axle hubs and bearings, repair the wiring, connectors and lights, and check the kingpin for wear.
Roadside repair limits
- Replacing the kingpin on site depends on how it is mounted and on parts being available.
- Replacing axles and repairing the trailer frame need a workshop repair. We don't do frame welding.

- A photo of the trailer's rating plate (make, year)
- A photo or recording of where the fault is
Tail lifts
Symptoms
- The tail lift won't raise, lower or fold
- The platform drops by itself under load
- Oil leaking from the cylinders or hoses
- The remote or control panel doesn't respond
The platform drops by itself? Don't stand under it and don't use the lift until it is repaired.

What we do on site
We check the tail lift's power supply, controls, pump, valves, cylinders and hydraulic hoses. We replace damaged hoses, connectors and control parts, top up the oil and check how the lift works under load.
Roadside repair limits
- Replacing a cylinder or the pump on site depends on parts being available for that model.
- Repairing the platform structure or the lift frame needs a workshop repair.
